Goal
- To achieve HIV epidemic control and the fast track treatment targets of 90-90-90 by 2023
- To reduce new HIV infections by 42% by 2023
Objectives
- To increase ART initiation among HIV-positive KP (MSM) and (FSW) to 95% in 2023
- To increase comprehensive HIV & AIDS knowledge among KP to 70% in 2023
Target population
- FSW (and women engaging in transactional sex)
- MSM
- FSW PWID & MSM PWID
- High Risk Men (clients of sex workers, non-paying partners/ intimate partners, long distance truck drivers, other men around sex work sites)
Implementation in 10 regions (10 for FSW, 8 for MSM)
- 53 districts in all
- 40 districts for FSW (36 in year 1, 4 additional in year 2)
- 36 districts for MSM (32 in year 1, 4 additional in year 2)
